She has been our dentist since the 80's while in NY and when we moved here in Niantic CT We did not look for dentist here in CT. My wife still retained her as our Dentist and we commute to NY for our dental needs with Her.
She is really a true professional--very experienced, amiable, approachable and friendly.

Dr. Ricafrente is one extremely thorough dentist. Her aim is to do what she can to save a tooth (and has done so for me on several occassions) as opposed to opting for an easier approach.
Dr. Ricafrent is always patient, positive and makes one feel at ease the minute you sit in her chair. She explained everything in terms I could understand, and took her time explaining them before and during the procedure during the procedure. I never knew a filling could be so painless.
Although her office does not have the flashiness or gloss of other dental practices on Central Park South - what you have with Doctor Ricafrante is a solid, experienced practitioner who is focused on her patients and not on gadgets
Highly, highly recommended.

When I relocated to NYC I put off finding a new dentist in lieu of traveling to see my previous dentist 3 hours away in NJ. Eventually, the inconvenience prompted me to start my quest. A work colleague (with a fabulous smile!) recommended Dr. Ricafrente. I've been with Dr. Ricafrente now for 9 years and love her. She is one of the dentists that does not over-schedule herself and she does her own cleaning. I find that very comforting and a sign of very good customer service. I give Dr. Ricafrente a 5-star rating and would recommend her highly to anyone.
