Dr. Sosnay is an outstanding orthodontist and a wonderful person. All three of my children have completed orthodontic treatment with him, and they all look beautiful. Dr. Sosnay not only does what is medically necessary but also has an excellent artistic sense and has improved the appearance of all three of my children. He does not run a "mill" but develops an individualized plan for each patient and spends a lot of time with each patient. He is a skillful user of growth management, whereby he makes early adjustments to prevent later complications.He does not believe that orthodontia should be painful and makes every effort to make the patient comfortable. He has always been available in an emergency. Dr. Sosnay is a doctor's doctor, and many patients come too see him from abroad and from other parts of the U.S. after they have been unsuccessfully treated by others. I highly recommend Dr. Sosnay without reservation. He is a very dedicated doctor with a very skillful technique and a real artistic sense who has excellent results.

My seven year old son was very apprehensive when he first started treatment with Dr. Sosnay. Now six months later he looks forward to his bi-weekly visits. Dr. Sosnay explains everything so clearly that every step is understood. When Dr. Sosnay has a patient in his chair, it is as if the whole world does not exist, save for this patient and his teeth. He is a perfectionist to a "t", and you want him on your team whenever a difficult ortho case is on hand. This type of dentistry is rare in today's rush-rush world where your typical orthodontist spends at most 10-15 minutes with a patient, hardly ever explaining what is being done.
Dr. Sosnay gives each patient an hour or two, even though it's "bad business practice" as he will sometimes say. I would strongly recommend him to my family and friends.

My teeth were the worst, compounded by my age, I thought a small change would be great. Alan took the time to rearrange my teeth and never gave up. Seriously, ask him about my mouth, I think he used it as a study case for a few years.

Dr Sosnay sees my daughter and he is the most meticulous orthodontist around. If you have a difficult case, he's the guy to see. You see him, not like those factory shops with those "famous" orthodontists where you only see the orthodontist once and then he pawns you off to someone working for him. Dr. Sosnay does all his own work and it is thorough and outstanding.
