The office staff is very rude and nasty. They only take cash, money order and certified checks. No credit or debit card. Raised the price for broken brace from 25 to 50 dollars. Why are his braces breaking so easily compared to my other son orthodontist . Wish he didn’t retire and have to use these money hungry people.

best doctor i have been to. Dr. Lamendella is very knowledgeable and friendly. THe office is also very clean. Highly recommend!

My teenage child was turned away from her appointment because she did not have payment only an insurance card.
She has been going to this dentist for 6 years and they turn her away. This is my second child to have ortodontia with Dr Lamendella.
I suppose $ 12,000 isn't enough yet to earn any doctor - patient respect.
What has the world come to? This is not a dentist, this is a machine and a poorly run one at that

Very disappointed. The office staff is rude. The doctor makes jokes, but his work isn't great.

Dr. Lamendella is very rude. When i said i wanted t take my braces off a month early his attitude completely changed toward me. When my mom said she couldn't afford a retainer he said that i wore braces for three years for nothing.

The office staff is very rude. They lie about costs and then you have no choice but to pay. It is a very strange atmosphere in the office. His work is adequate, but you would do better if you found someone else.

This office runs like a clinic. Brackets are constantly breaking and he doesn't guarantee them. Everytime a bracket breaks it cost $50. My other child went to another orthodonist and never had a broken bracket. I'm sorry I didn't go back. When my son went in with a broken bracket he was reprimanded and told he obviously doesn't care that he cost his parents extra money. Really does a 12 year old need to hear something like that. The office help are rude and obnoxious and try to make you feel like you work for them. Would never ever recommend.

The office is kind,quick and efficient. Very good with children and both orthodontists are always willing to spend time explaining everyting.

This orthodonist is very kind and very nice. Everything goes well and you think your braces are going to come off in no time. As many insurances, each person has a certain amount of visits and everything is supposedly paid through the insurance, but this orthodontist maxes out your visits which not only keeps your braces on longer, but in the end you are forced to pay for your "already paid" retainer ( about $250 in cash or money order) or they will not take your braces off your braces. You also have to pay for your extra visits where he checks your retainer ( about $75 per visit). SO please of you pick him stay on top of your visits and dont be afraind to ask questions!!!!
