Read Reviews for Dr. Robert Bavisotto
This man is very rude, and so is most of his staff. They absloutely do not allow parents to ask questions. When we were consulting ortho's the experience was pleasant, then once we signed his contract for care it was a completely different story. They do not explain anything. We paid $5,950 for care, then once it was paid off they started sending threatening letters stating that our child wasn't caring for his braces properly and they were going to discontinue his care. If he has a broken or bent wire, loose bracket, broken band, etc. they charge extra for each one and then send a threat letter saying they will discontinue his care with no reimbursement. He doesn't eat anything he shouldn't, and follows the guidelines for cleaning. I have to wonder if they are using subpar products. We have paid an additional $350 on top of the original $5950 for loose, bent, broken or popped off brackets, wires, bands, etc. Please be aware that I have learned he is the only ortho who charges extra for routine maintainance care. Dr. Bavisotto and some of his staff have no problems berating you or their patients in front of other clients and/or people in the waiting room. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy, let alone a friend.
I know this doctor: 3yrs.

This men is rude! I have never met a professional that took offence to parents asking questions till this man. He actually raised his voice to me when I asked if I could have one more second of his time to ask a question out of ear shot of my son. As many times as he reminded me he had 25 years experience, he never once explained why he had the opinions he did. This man basically said that early orthodontic treatment was comparable to child abuse.
I wouldnt trust the word of anyone who refuses to back up their opinions.
