Dr. Hirai and his staff have provided quality care to me and all my family (wife, 2 children, mother) for 26 years. His hygienists are the best. His thoroughness and emphasis on preventive care and supportive staff have helped my keep my teeth in great shape. Gentle, friendly, helpful, and caring. He has maintained consistently excellent staff through the years. Procedures ranging from routine cleanings to fillings to crowns to false teeth (my mother) have been performed painlessly, effectively, with lasting results, at a reasonable price. Totally hassle-free handling of insurance claims. My children looked forward to going to see the dentist even when young, and still use Dr. Hirai's services as adults, travelling back to Cupertino to do it.

I have been seeing Dr Hirai since I was a child and have always had great service from him and his staff. They are always friendly and explain anything they are going to do before they do it.

Kind, caring and very gentle are the words I'd use to describe Dr. Hirai. I absolutely LOVE his staff - his two hygienists, assistant and front office person (both named Donna). I'd highly recommend this office to my family and friends!

Brand new office and equipement make even better experience. Have used Dr. H. for many years with great results. Nice caring folks.
