No customer service and that translate right through the whole staff. Always a 30+ minute wait after appointment time. No one apologizes or can explain why. Last appointment was a 45 minute wait. Asked if there was a reason for the delay. Staff walked back, returned and didn't look at me or respond in any way. Called and requested Dr. Ornella return my call. No response from the him.

Very slow process, braces on, braces off, braces on.... 8 years. One time, they came off and looked good. Dr. O said, "not good enough, I'm a perfectionist." And, he put on a rubber band. Jacked up my teeth. So, he treated me with invisalign until I turned 18 and said "orthodontics isn't about making your teeth look pretty, it's about making sure they are aligned." Well, my teeth don't look like I spent 8 years and $5,000 on them and I just found out that they aren't aligned either.... definitely don't recommend.

Dr Ornella did my braces when I was in my 20's and then he did my son's when he was 12. He is fabulous.
