I have been going to Alpine Dental shortly after they opened. The people there are very professional and friendly. The feeling I got from the clinic is elegant and upbeat at the same time. That must be from the bloom of well kept orchids and modern super high def flat screen TV. You can always find the smile from the receptionist. I mean who wouldn't be happy working in such a nice environment.
They made an effort working with my schedule even I had to change the time a few time. I love the fact that they always called a few days priori the appointment in person after a friendly email reminder a few weeks earlier.
They do an x-ray for me every year and Dr. Shane would go through the result with me in detail. Last year, I was recommended to have a filling as there was a shadow in the x-ray. Thank god they find it not me. It would have been a lot more painful and certainly would have left a mark. Knowing I am extremely sensitive to any pain of any kind, they made sure it is as painless as possible and sure enough it was. I was thoroughly impressed.
For the people that are afraid of going to dentist like I was, you could become the person like me making sure to go twice a year.

He is really not a good dentist because of his bad skills. My teeth is really good before. But now I need a good dentist after his job. I lost my good teeth and happy.

I've stopped seeing Dr. Huang for some time now. He replaced the mercury fillings in some of my molars, and my teeth were sore for about a month. I had to make another appointment to go back for him to fix the bite. I should have changed dentist immediately back then. Next he screwed up the teeth extraction procedure. He stopped the operation half way through and gave me directions to drive to a nearby oral surgeon (with gauze in my numbed mouth to stop the blood from dripping) so she can fix the problem and clean up the bloody mess. It was a horrible experience. If you want to clean teeth, his office should be ok, any other procedures, I would advise you to think twice before letting him touch your teeth.
About Hygienist: Most of the time, Joe did my cleaning during the years I visited that office. He was pretty much the only reason why I went there. He was friendly, very gentle, detail oriented, and remember all the little things that made my cleaning experience a comfortable and painless one. I had the other hygienists a couple of times, they could hardly measure up to Joe. Not sure if he's still there these days.

I will keep this short. I have never seen a dentist as thorough as Dr. Huang. He was extremely patient with my kids. Facilities were extremely clean and new. Front desk billing was concise and clear. You really cannot go wrong going to Alpine Dental Care and Dr. Huang!

This is a very pleasant office. It's well equiped and Dr. Huang seems to be very interested in the very latest equipment. The work he's done so far looks very good. Chair-side manners are excellent. There has been some turn over with front desk and hygiensists but they were still able to help promptly.

I did a root canal treatment with Dr Huang. The procedure is pretty nice and neat. However, one of the nurses/front desk assistants did not provide very productive insurance help. Later, I found out that I could have saved some out-of-pocket money if I had known more about my insurance policy in detail. The overall dental treatment by Dr Huang was good.

I really don't know where to begin because there are so many good things about Dr. Huang's office. Like most people I know, I avoided dentists as much as I could. But Dr. Huang's office's changed all that!
