All three of my children and myself have had exceptional orthodontic treatment with Dr. Hickman.
He is wonderful at making the kids and adults comfortable in his office. I also feel he has an awesome staff that truly love their jobs! His established practice is the best in the area.

Hickman's staf is friendly and professional. Great bedside manner with kids and keeps parents informed. Most of the time they are right on time with appointments.

Both of my children see Dr. Hickman. He and his staff are incredibly personable and helpful; the facilities are bright, clean, and comfortable; and the experience of orthodontics is actually pleasurable. We travel an hour and a half to see him - but it's worth it. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

From a failed Invisalign treatment to the wired-up braces that followed, this has been unsuccessful from a treatment perspective and unnecessarily expensive.
My dentist said, "Take the length of treatment an orthodontist estimates - and then double it to get the actual term." He was right, and then some.
I have no experience with other orthodontists' practices, but this one is run like an assembly line with 10 stations open to each other where Dr. Hickman bounces around: No privacy and no personalized attention. Plus, as an adult, you get to stand next to the teenyboppers and expectorate into a common sink. It's disgusting.
The results and the aggravation are not commensurate with the cost.

Dr. Hickman did wonderful orthodontia work for my daughter. I have seen the post treatment results of some of her friends and I am so happy we chose to go with Dr. Hickman. She is now 4 years out of braces and her aligment has not changed. She receives many many compliments on her smile and the work of Dr. Hickman. Dr. Hickman now has my son in treatment. Additionally, my late father -in-law was an Orthodonist; his standards were met and exceeded under Dr, Hickman's care.
I HIGHLY recommend his office for quality of work , patient care and communciation to parents. I hope you will be as happy as we are--smiles are forever!

My husband sees Dr. Hickman and he has been really great. His results have been pretty amazing in such a short amount of time. I would redommend him to anyone.

Great results for my 13 year old son who had braces for about a year. No pain - no wait - cost was comparable to others in area. The billing process was fantastic - overall everyone in the office from the front desk to Dr. Hickman were top notch in my book.

The office was extremely well organized and very well appointed. The receptionists were very courteous and professional. The dental assistants made my nervous daughter relaxed and even got a smile out of her.

I HAVE SENT TWO OF MY CHILDREN TO DR. HICKMAN, AND HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS THEY HAD AFTER THEIR BRACES WERE REMOVED. I AM CURRENTLY UNDER THE CARE ALSO FOR BRACES. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL. VERY COMPASSIONATE. THE OFFICE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY THE ENVIRONMENT IS CLEAN. WHAT I LIKED WAS THAT I WAS ENCOURAGED TO COME BACK IN THE ROOM WHEN MY CHILDREN WERE GOING THROUGH THEIR TREATMENTS I WOULD RECOMMEND THE OFFICE TO EVERYONE
