We were reluctant to move from San Francisco because of this dental office. Kenneth, his brother David and dad Frederick were ALWAYS available for any emergency. Their super positive outlook on life and dentistry kept us going for 12 years. We walked into that office after another dentist had completely botched and destroyed our mouths and teeth. (constant gum trimmings and tooth pulling). We cannot say enough good things about this practice. Especially, now when we have moved to Tucson (Arizona) and see the difficulty in finding someone at least somewhat comparable. The Wongs are TRUE GEMS in the world of dentistry. Caring, concerned, positive and very professional. Sally (the receptionist) is also a gem!

Dr. Wong has been my dentist for 10 years. It's the first time in my life I enjoy going to the dentist. It's sort of like visiting an old friend and chatting. I barely notice I'm also getting great dental service.

I've been using Dr Kenneth Wong's services for 5 years and have always had excellent results and service. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Really nice Doc. Him and the other Wongs in the office are all super friendsly, they know what they are doing, they aren't just trying to get mroe money out of you. They take all insurance, and you even get a really nice toothbrush at every visit.

I have been going to the Wong family for my dental work since I was 2 or three( however old you have to be to need a dentist?!?)
My family has refered numerous people to see Kenneth and all of us are pleased with his work and professionalism. He never recomends dental work unless it is necessary and I appreciate his conservative approach in this regard. He also has a great sense of humor. I rarley experience pain from his cleanings.
I trust him thorougly with my dental health!

Ken Wong saved my teeth! Years of smoking and dissipation had brought me to the brink of dentures. His patience and artistry over more than a decade has me still chewing with my orginals. The other dentists in the wonderful Wong family are equally fine.

I've been going to Dr. Wong for over 7 years, through a recommendation of a friend. He is extremely friendly and nice, has a kind personality, does his own cleaning (does not use a Dental Hygenist/Assistant), and is pretty gentle. I recommended him to another friend, who did not like him because he does not floss the patient during the cleaning process (which is fine by me!).
The same receptionist has been working for him as long as I have been a patient, and although she's fine, her personality is a little lacking (hence the lower "customer service" rating). However, if you need to reschedule an appointment, or leave a message on their voice mail, they are very prompt in getting back to you. You always receive a phone call reminder the day before your appointment.

I've been going to Dr. Ken Wong since I was in grammar school and I have had nothing but great experiences. (Other members of my family use him too.) Other people dread going to the dentist but not me! He is very friendly and accomodating if you have any emergency. I've recommended him to friends who have had equally positive experiences. A great dentist in Russian Hill!
