I had braces with Dr. Emrich from 2000 to 2003 and I would not recommend him to others. My teeth look beautiful but I cannot close my mouth because he moved one of my teeth. It has thrown off my entire bite so I have an uneven bite with some teeth being almost completely worn down and the other side completely unable to touch. I followed his treatment plan for me but I received this result. At times, he was rather mean to me and told me it was my fault that my teeth turned out the way they did. However, after talking to other dental health professionals, I have received confirmation that my poor result was Dr. Emrich's fault not mine. The treatment was costly and the experience was painful and traumatic for me. I suffer everyday with the pain and discomfort of my poor bite, the inability to bite into everyday foods like sandwiches and apples, and the resulting TMJ. Overall, I would only recommend Dr. Emrich if you want beautiful teeth that are purely cosmetic and almost completely non-functional.
About Front Desk: I had no problem with the front desk staff. They were helpful and kind.

Both my children had braces with him. Daughter's teeth look good but her teeth don't line up and she can't chew or bite properly. Son's teeth look good but he still has an open bite after years of treatment. I feel the Dr.'s attitude has changed over the years. 10 years ago when we first started seeing him he took more time with the kids and me. Now I feel he rushes from one patient to the next and he's in it for the numbers and it's all about the profit he can make.

What a wonderful experience going to Dr. Emrich's office. Both of my children are happy there and the staff is amazingly pleasant and go out of their way to make both patients and parents happy and comfortable. The dental results are wonderful!

The staff are wonderful and Dr. Emrich really cares about his patients. We are so happy with the care our daughter has received. Our daughter did not speak English when we started taking her to Dr. Emrich's office and the staff always tried hard to make her feel comfortable and encouraged her in her new language. We have another daughter that will soon be going to this office for treatment, for us, there is no other orthodontist.

Both of my kids have received braces from Dr Emrich. Neither have experienced any problems. My son now has his braces off and his teeth look great. They staff is very friendly and easy to work with.

Dr. Emrich and his entire staff are professional as well as extremely personable. They are very helpful and flexible in making appointments and are amazing after hours and weekends when something comes up that requires their immediate attention. Dr. Emrich puts Kids First and treats them as his own and it shows that he really and truly cares, unlike other orthodontists that are only there for the money. If I moved across the country, I would fly my son every month just so he could continue going to him. I would recommend Dr. Emrich to ANYONE!

The entire staff is amazingly nice and will go out of their way to make you comfortable. I think my parents and I checked around the area, and I believe Dr. Emrich was the cheapest for braces. AND they did an beautiful job for my teeth! They were very flexible in making adjustments to appointments, retainers, etc. Any accomidation they could make, they did. Their new facility is very nice too. :) Overall, they did an excellent job. I was very satisfied with my experience,I would recommend anyone who needs orthodontic work to them.
