Dr Kelly Klonz has done braces for both of my sons. He is easy to talk to and very informative. His prices are excellent and he has done a wonderful job. We will use him for our third son.
So happy with him!

My daughter has been going to Dr Klontz for a few months now and she has not had any problems. The Dr. takes the time to explain everything to her and us in a way that a 12 year old can understand. the staff is friendly and helpful. We will definately use this Dr for our son.

Dr. Klontz is a very consertative orthodontist which I like. He started seeing my daughter when she was 9 and followed for 2.5 years at which time she had braces put on. My only problem with Dr. Klontz is he is not very forth coming with information. He instructed his patients on the proper care and procedures to follow each visit but other than our initial consultation when she had braces on I've not spoke to him and have no idea how her treatment is going. I have inquired before and was told I'd be called and this has never happened. My daughter likes him but has trouble with some of the staff at times who have instructed her inprpoerly in the use of head gear and rubber bands.

Dr. Kelly Klontz uses old type appliances, in fact, the style of appliances he uses are still being used by only three orthodondists in this state. The treatment length is generally in excess of three to four years compaired to more modern treatment options which last only two years or less on average.
In my daughter's treatment, her teeth required only mild corrections. The origional estimate by an orthodontist was 12 to 18 months. Prior to treatment we switched insurance companies and as a result moved to Dr. Klontz's services. He suggested that my daughter have a total of 6 teeth plus her wisdom teeth removed prior to treatment.
Three and a half years, four thousand dollars, and one oral surgery later, we switched orthodontists. Our new dentist was appaled at the ancient appliances and that so many teeth had been removed from my daughter's mouth. Her teeth had been pulled back into her mouth so far that she had a "bulldog" appearance. Another eight months and a new set of appliances later, our new orthodontist finally got her braces off!
My middle child is now in braces with our new orthodontist. Her estimated time of treatment, only 18 months!
Be very careful who you choose!!!!
Our experience was terrible!

My daughter is currently going to Dr. Klontz and we have had an extremely positive experience as far as her treatment goes. The office staff lacks tact and diplomacy. They could improve their customer service skills a great deal. Dr. Klontz sees to always be way to busy to spend a moment in consultation with you regarding the progress of the treatment. I would recommend him still however because he is very consertative in his treatment and doesn't do anything that is not needed.
