My teeth had to much space between them and my bite was off. I went to see Dr. Norris who made me feel very comfortable and was very helpful with all my questions. Dr. Norris was pleasant to deal with. I would recommend her to anyone. I now have a smile I can be proud of. Thank you Dr. Norris!

Dr. Norris straightened my son's teeth and they are beautiful! I really liked the way she encouraged parents to feel welcome in the treatment area. She also took time to answer any questions we had. And when my son had to get a new wire, it was Dr. Norris who gave him a tissue! I now live in another state, but would reccomend her to everyone.

Had finished payment plan, she removed braces. I questioned shouldn't they remain on a little longer to make sure the teeth don't move. Said no. 2 months later looked like had never worn braces, and she said that was acceptable movement! I am now paying another ortho, after giving her over $8,000, to put braces back on. She would not warranty the work even for 2 months. Worst ortho ever.

Worst bed side manner ever, would not have office consultation. Tried to discuss progress which did not go well and was told if I didn't like the treatment she was giving I could go somewhere else. Daughter started with a crossbite and ended up with an open bite. Had to seek treatment from another orthodontist.

Great Orthodontist!!! My teeth were terribly crooked, she worked on financing for me and just a year later my teeth already look great!! They're not done yet, but they'll be done soon. She always makes me very comfortable and I've never had any problems getting in.

Appointments have become increasingly difficult to make. There are too many patients for this practice. I have had no room to even sit in the waiting room. Many parents wait in the car because there is no place to sit.
If I could change horses in mid-stream, I would go to an orthodontist with Saturday or evening hours. My child has missed an incredible number of classes.
That said, no complaints regarding patient care.

Dr. Norris seems to be good at what she does but has no "chairside" manner. Also, no one calls to remind you of appointments and they charge you if you miss one. They say that it takes up too much time to call and give a reminder.
