Too much time to wait for each appointment. Pricing is very high (probably so they can pay for the very nice facility). Staff is unacceptably rude.

I was very impressed with her services and facilities. They provide a very fun and comfortable atmosphere and seem to know what they are doing.

Being an adult in braces was much more pleasant and comfortable than I could have ever expected! Dr. Chockley and her team use the latest technology making my treatment very comfortable with less time in braces and fewer visits to the office for adjustments. I was only in braces for a little over a year and my smile is incredible. For me it was worth every penny and she far exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this office and the care that she and her team provide. They are very professional and knowledgeable in orthodontics. Thank you for my new smile!

No sympathy, much less pain medicine. My 9 year old got braces here. Later that day I called and talked to the woman who had put on her braces about the high level of pain my child was experiencing even with tylenol. I was told there was nothing she could do, in a very condesending tone. All the visits after were awful. The children are herded through like cattle being branded. There were always long waits and you get very little time with Dr. Chockley. I would not recommend Brenda Chockley or her staff.

I got braces from Dr Chockley and my teeth are beautiful. I now like to smile. It changed my life. I loved going in to the office because everyone was friendly and helpful.

They were very patronizing to my daughter. She dreaded going there. The turnover rate of the office staff is alarming. I heard later that Dr. Chockley is very difficult to work for. I felt they were extremely overpriced & the patient ends up paying for all the "frills & perks" . Not worth it in my opinion. I would NOT recommend her to ANYONE!
