We first saw Dr. Lai when my then 2-year old developed a cross bite. They have had us continue coming in and monitor his teeth as he gets his adult teeth. They've continued to stay ahead of problems and are very proactive in helping us avoid braces. Staff is always nice and friendly and very patient with younger sibs. All consultations to date have been free.

Dr. Kirkpatrick, Lai and staff are wonderful. They are pretty much always friendly and I feel very at ease. A bit on the expensive side but I feel like you get what you pay for. A+.
