Myself, my 4 family members and extended family all use Dr. Schuck. Kind, professional, prompt, knowledgeable and proficient. Every issue from cleanings / xrays, filolimngs and crowns have been handled at a fair and reasonable cost. His is very thorough and experienced. There have never been any issues or complaints from anyone in this extended group.

First I was hesitant about changing dentists. He purchased the practice from my former dentist. I'm glad he came into this practice, as I feel we kicked it up a notch!
LIstens to my concerns, procedures are gentle, takes away much of my anxiety about dentists, and I have a lot. Great chair side manners. Would not go to any other dentist!
Prices are realistic.
Highly recommended.

Dr Schuck is outstanding in every sense of the word and I'd strongly recommend him if you're in the Virginia area. Personally, I've tried a number of other dentists in Northern Virginia, including Reflection Dental and switched to Dr Schuck because he's fast, very affordable, and puts his patients first. I personally drive over 150 miles to his office because he's that good!

I know Dr. Schuck for 8 years and had no problems for the teeth cleaning with his office. However, lately they always wanted me to do 4-month intervals instead of 6-month. I flossed and brushed almost after every meal and did not feel I need it. First time I refused, they did almost nothing for the cleaning job. Second time, they asked me for 4 months and I refused again. They did the terrible job again. So I changed the hygienist and went back for the 6 month cleaning, and they did almost nothing again. So I called the office and asked for my x-ray films and records and took the business some other place.
I had veneers done on 4 teeth twice and they came off within few weeks each time!

I had a couple of fillings done by Dr Schuck over the past couple of years. He makes these procedures in a reasonably painless manner. The first filling resulted in some uneven feeling - and Dr Schuck handled the followups without any additional charges. Recently had a second filling. The procedure itself was painless - but the tooth he touched is continuously paining 3 weeks after the procedure. Not happy that I have to go to him one more time

Not happy with anything Dr. Schuck has done so far. My filling that was not bothering me at all "Had to be replaced" and after he drilled it and replaced it 3 times it is still not right!!! I like how I need to have a cavity filled and when asked to see what exactly he is doing he shows me a cavity that is almost impossible to see if it even is a cavity. "Oh and there may be two of them so we are going to charge you for both and if it is only one we will reimburse you." Sounds too much like they recommend too many needless procedures. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion and they offered to email me the x-rays and they didn't send them even after asking for them a second time. I know they have my email correct I wrote it down for them. I do not trust this office at all anymore and I am sure there is a better Dentist in Williamsburg.

Dr. Schuck is pbly the only honest doctor in the area, he is really into saving teeth and doing as little invasive work as possible. He saved me one tooth and one crown because he saw something that my previous dentist didn't see : a cracked filling and a crown that was seated incorrectly. I recommended him already to all my friends. I also find him less expensive than other doctors in the area.

Dr. Schuck is the best dentist ever. He has a sense of humor, makes you relax because he is confident and knows what he is doing, and you can tell he likes his job. I have been to many dentist in my lifetime, I've had 2 root canals, 5 cavities, 2 crowns and numerous cleanings of course and so far Dr. Schuck is the only dentist I don't dread going to. He did my last crown and cleaning and the next day I was able to talk and chew. I've been to other dentists in the area (whose names I will mention) and the next day after a crown I felt like I wanted to die-the pain was so bad. I was amazed after Dr. Schuck's crown I was back to normal very shortly. If you are like me and hate going to the dentist because you are scared, go to Dr.Schuck and you'll see a difference in care-you won't mind going to the dentist anymore.

Dr. Schuck is an awesome dentist. Very professional. Very courteous. Very caring. And he gives the best shots ever. Never even feel them. Everyone in the office is a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend.
