The office is great, Dr. Sheu is always on-time and ready to see you (minimal waiting for the busy professional who needs to carve out time in the middle of the day to get a cleaning or work done).
Very efficient and effective, also well versed in more complicated procedures and had wonderful recommendations when I needed a dental implant.
About Front Desk: Awesome, very responsive and flexible with my schedule needs. Friendly and on their A-game; communication through email and phone is easy.

I really like it here. He's very good at what he does and its very painless. He has many magazines in the waiting room, but I've never had the chance to read articles all the way through because he's so punctual. He'll let you know if you need to come again another time due to time constraints. He speaks Mandarin and a little Japanese too. Very nice and clean office. Great service. When I was living abroad and had teeth pain, I came back to the USA just to have him take a look (unsatisfactory services in a country with National Health Insurance).

The office is very clean. Sheu did all the work. He was also very patient in explaining the problem and what he would do.

All 3 of my kids go to this dentist, and really enjoy going. He has had to do one filling on one kid so far, and she felt no pain at all, even with the shot. A calm and friendly atmosphere, I heard about him from a friend and have in turn recommended Dr. Sheu's clinic to friends.
His office takes our insurance (Guardian) and we have never had a problem with billing at all. Dr. Sheu does his own hygiene work -- cleans teeth himself -- which is nice since he gets right in there and sees thing.
His nurse is expecially good with kids. They give out a package with a new toothbrush and small toy. The front desk person is also especially nice. My kids want to go in and say hi to them when we are in the strip mall where his office is located. Plenty of parking spaces, too.
