My sons treatmeant has been awesome so far. He has a lot of work that needs to be done and the staff is patient and very respectful with him. They explain every thing to him so he understands what is going on and what he has to do to make his treatment successful.
About Front Desk: The front desk is very kind. They are willing to take time with you so you understand all the paper work. They also very polite when you need to ask a question or make an appointment.

Dr. Markham has given my daughter great treatment as her smile is now perfect. She did not require my daughter to have teeth extracted while other orthodontists said she should. She is also easy to talk to. The office is very friendly with a comfortable atmosphere and very prompt--never had to wait for my daughter to be seated. I recommend Dr. Markham highly. And I believe her fees are reasonable (less than was charged in Delaware County for my other child).

Kid just had braces removed. We were very happy with Dr. Markham and her office. They always ran on time and are nice people.
