The technicians that work on your teeth are not good with children. I actully heard them yell at a 11 year old girl in front of everyone. The bedside manner is most certainly learned from the doctor herself. More people need to post that she is rude and condescending and warn parents that she and her staff are NOT kid friendly. If you need braces, make sure you take notice to how her dental techs are treating the kids.
About Front Desk: No comment as I am usually frustrated by the whole office everytime I go there!

Dr. Goodreau has treated both my children who had very challenging dental issues. In addition, about 1 year into treatment my daughter accidentally knocked out two of her adult teeth and Dr. Goodreau came in at midnight and wired them into her braces to hold them in place until her emergency dental appointment the next morning. She gives accurate estimates of how long a visit will be and appointments usually start on time or very close to it.
About Front Desk: The girls at the front desk are always friendly and helpful.

Very good. Son had high racks, and braces, and my daughter currently has braces. Good staff and she herself is a very nice person. My daughter feels comfortable with their polite staff and enjoys talking to them and can ask questions and get overall good answers

I am a 30 year old man getting braces for the first time. I have been looking for a orthdontists and was recomended to Dr. Goodreau by a Friend.
From the first visit I knew that I wanted to use Dr. Goodreau. She and her staff were very knowlegable and very friendly.
I have had my braces on for a year and a half and they should be coming off in the next few months.
I could not be happier with the results and highly recomend Dr. Goodreau to anybody looking to get some work done on their mouth.

Dr. Goodreau was recommended to us and we could not be more pleased. My daughter loves her and feels so comfortable with her. The treatment she has recommended we have seen outstanding results!! There were other ortho's that recommended additional treatments and Dr. Goodreau was honest with us and said at this time it was not necessary and a waste of money for a child so young. This was so refreshing and we then knew she was not looking just to get paid but to service her clients with their best interest at heart! Thank You Dr. Goodreau!! We HIGHLY recommned her!!

Dr.Goodreau has treated my older son and myself for braces.My two younger children will be seeing her soon for treatment.Dr.Goodreau is very gentle and compassionate.I have and would always highly recommend her for orthodontic treatment.

Ridiculously inflexible scheduling for appointments.
Staff has a very cavalier attitude; completely indifferent to
patients having a life aside from orthodontia. Stay away!

My twin daughters have been traited by Dr Goodreau over 6 years ago. We moved to California just after the end of the traitment. To my surprise, every single dentists and specially orthodontists have been amazed with the quality of her work.
The opinion of other orthodontists to me worth alot. I am really grateful and happy to share my experience. Thank you Dr. Goodreau .
