The dentists in this office seem to be knowledgeable. The office staff is horrendous!!!!! They lack any kind of customer service skills. They refuse to coordinate benefits, they flat out lie about what paper work has been submitted to the primary insurance company and refuse to provide accurate paperwork to be submitted to any secondary insurance. It took seven months, approximately 100 phone calls and hours of time to obtain something that could be submitted to secondary insurance I was told that they had "wasted enough time with me and had customers that they needed to help". They overcharged copay and refuse to refund it. I would recommend that anyone considering this dental office think again!!!!!!!
