I went to Dr. Sawrie as a teen. He shaved a front tooth down unexpectedly once –without asking– and it was one of the most painful experiences I've ever had. Once my teeth shifted as I got older, that front tooth was then shorter than the other. I now have to have an artificial extension put on the tooth for my teeth to look normal. Clearly, I wish I had never seen him that day.

Dr. Sawrie is by far the best orthodontist in the Chattanooga area! About 2 years ago I went in for my orthodontic consultation and now I'm so thankful I chose Sawrie Orthodontics. From the first time I stepped through Sawrie Orthodontics' doors, I realized the extent of how friendly and knowledgable each staff member was/is and how they truly want to give patients the smiles they always wanted, which is what I received. I had the Damon System as an adult and treatment time was a little under one year! The Damon System uses a technology with less friction than traditional braces, so I actually had no pain and just some slight discomfort. The technology of the Damon System also decreases the overall treatment time, which is definitely a plus too. My teeth moved so fast and I did everything Dr. Sawrie and his staff told me to do--I wore my rubber bands as advised and I still wear my retainer at night like I was asked to do. I highly recommend Dr. Sawrie and the rest of Sawrie Orthodontics staff to anyone looking to receive the best orthodontic results possible. Just make sure to follow the directions so that you can achieve the beautiful smile you always wanted. I'm so blessed that Dr. Sawrie took care of my orthodontic needs. :)

Dr. Sawrie put my braces on as a young teen and put my daughters braces on as well. We could not be more pleased by the care we received from beginning to end , as well as afterwards. His staff is very caring and knowledgeable. It says a lot about an employer to have the same staff working for him for so many years. I feel Dr Sawrie has always stayed on the cutting edge of technology.

After "shopping" around for orthodontists, we decided to get our daughters braces with Dr. Sawrie. From the beginning, we have been made welcome and all of our questions were answered. Him and his staff has been courteous and very friendly.The system that Dr. Sawrie recommended has her completely finished with her braces in a little over a year. We could not be more pleased with the results. We would highly recommend Dr. Sawrie.

I found Dr. Sawrie to be condesending and more concerned with liability than listening to the patient. I did not get the results I wanted and it took way too long.
