Dr. Utley and staff are not welcoming. The seemed they didn't like there job and didn't care about the patients. I would not recommend Dr. Utley and staff to anyone.

Dr. Kevin Utley and his staff are extremely polite, caring, and very accommodating when making appointments. I would most definitely recommend anyone who is in need of an orthodontist. My daughter's teeth are absolutely beautiful, and I look forward to taking my son here to see the same awesome results. Dr. Ultley's office is so beautifully decorated with a warm and inviting staff. Overall wonderful experience!

I had terrible service and experience. Even though my teeth were eventually fixed, it took way longer than necessary. The staff is okay but Dr. Utley never seemed to know what he was doing or what the next step was. He seemed too overwhelmed by all the other patients in his office. Also, I have had to reschedule my appointment for my braces removal over 4 times over the course of 5 months because because of his not being ready. I strongly suggest going somewhere else!

Dr. Utley is the best of the best! He makes sure I am comfortable. His staff is very professional. They work with you when it comes to appointments and financial obligations. My teeth are on there way to perfection. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Utley. My experience with him has been great!!! Dr. Utley you rock!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and son is going to him and she just got her top braces off and they look great! Pretty movie star teeth! He and everyone in his office are so nice and always very accomodating!

I had Doctor Uttley do my daughter's braces. His staff was great and his office is very nice . I had no problems with billing. Her teeth look movie star perfect. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Had simple braces on an uncomplicated case. Treatment lasted a little over one year and I was charged the same very high price as if the treatment had lasted several years - no adjustment was made for the fact that far less of the dentist's time was provided than was promised at the time I was given the price. Finished result was less than pleasing and dentist made no followup call after this was brought to his attention. The front desk girls did most of the actual orthodontia adjustment work in addition to handling the billing and discussing money matters, so i felt I was not provided the professional personal attention we were promised and were charged for. I also did not receive the promised number of visits because the dentist has too many patients and too few openings, so several times I was told to wait until the following month to be seen. The dentist himself is a very nice person, however the high cost relative to the services received would prevent me from ever recommending this dentist to anyone else.
