Dr. Yeh's office and staff are very organized, thorough and knowledgeable. Very patient oriented in terms of addressing their needs, anxieties, etc. I appreciated knowing what was discovered, what was needed, what was going to be done in what order as well as why. The treatment was a successful and I would highly recommend Dr. Yeh to anyone.

Dr. Yeh is the most conscious dentist I know. I never gave my opinion before but after reading a negative review I had to chime in.I feel he is only concerned about doing the best work possible. I know if he feels the dental treatment wasn't up to his standards, he would do it over until he & the patient are satisfied. Honesty is very important to me. I trust Dr. Yeh and feel his treatment & fees are as good as it gets. Some people can't accept the truth. I think this is why some people write negative reviews. If I didn't believe this I wouldn't be his patient for over 25 years.

I love this dentist and recommend him to everyone. Another dentist recommended some treatments, including filling a cavity. I went to Dr Yeh, who didn't feel it was necessary. Years later, that tooth still doesn't need to be filled. I like a dentist I can trust and who never causes unnecessary pain.

I met Dr Yeh a couple of times and he was after my dental insurance.
He scheduled me for 5 sessions of cleaning, and then changed it to 4 which is my insurance max cover per year. I went to another dentist at UCSF and got it done in just one sitting.
Yeh wanted to extract one of my teeth saying it is carious and useless. Again UCSF couldnt find the tooth in their Xrays, and Yeh refused to release his Xrays on which he made his decision.
I think this guys business is about raking money from your mouth. He schedules unnecessary treatments and extractions, just to earn money. He does not err on the conservative side.
He makes his decisions and does not give you options or choices. If you expect something different to what he thinks is right, or challenge his decisions, then he cant tolerate it, and he refuses to give you care. He and his staff then start treating you differently.
Yeh is a very money minded dentist I wont advise to go to him to anyone, unless you want to lose your teeth.

Dr. Yeh is the best. I have referred several of my friends to him and they all love him. Dr. Yeh uses modern techniques while providing old fashion customer service. Dr. Yeh will call you after your procedure to make sure you aren't experiencing any problems. What a great guy! Dr. Yeh's office staff is very professional.
About Hygienist: Bevie is my favorite although I like all of the hygienists.

Dr. Yeh tries hard to be nice and do things to your satisfaction. However, he lacks patience. I was a loyal patient until a bad experience a couple years ago. He works fast without compromising on quality. Overall, he is a good dentist if you have standard teeth problems or don't need have any dental fears. However, a couple years ago I went in for fillings and had a terrible experience. He gave me a shot of novacaine and my jaw immediately started throbbing. I complained of the continued pain and lack of numbness. His solution? Try another couple shots even though the first time I yelped in pain. He was frustrated when I stated that instead of my mouth getting numb it just hurt horribly and asked if I wanted to get my fillings any how (obviously not!). His mpatience had been problematic before when he did not want to give me plenty of time to let my mouth go numb but his lack of unstanding towards patient pain made me leave his care permanently. This poor care is surprising given that he can do very good work and the dental hygienists are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
I recommend going there for cleanings from the hygienists but I wouldn't trust Dr. Yeh to work on my mouth.

Dr. Yeh is nice, and the facility is clean. My only complaint is that he is only open one Sat a month.
