Brought my 13 year old to Dr Walters when I moved to Austin to continue her orthodontics. I took her in because her teeth we off center by approx 8mm (a whole tooth). After each visit I asked "what about her offset?" and they said they need to get all her teeth straight first and only at the end will they correct the offset. Well 4 years and $6000 later and her teeth are straight but she still has the 8mm offset. Dr Walters took her braces off said there is nothing he can do about it!!! For my other kids I'm going to a orthodontist who stays up to date with current technology!

Dr. Waters makes my 6 year old feel like he rules the world! Aiden loves going to the orthodontist, he loves the office staff, and he has never had any fear about going to 'the brace doctor.'
Thank you, Dr. Waters and your fabulous staff, for making what could be a frightening experience into something that my child looks forward to!

He is willing to answer for all annoying questions!! I'm quite satisfied with his treatment. However, the facility is quite old and treatment technique is little behind compared to recent one.

I brought my daughter here because the orthodontist referred to us seemed very expensive; Dr. Waters was very nice, and the braces cost considerably less than the other one. The payment plan was very workable, and we are very happy with the care at Dr. Waters' office. If you have found that prices seem a little high, try this orthodontist. You'll be amazed at the savings, and the result is the same, if not better!

Dr. Waters and his staff are extremely professional, creating an atmosphere of caring concern for all his patients.
Orthodontic outcome exceeded our expectations, all the more because my wife had some unusual challenges.
Our satisfaction is complete and we would recommend Dr. Waters and his associates to those who are seriously interested in both improved functionality and superior cosmetic results.

Dr Waters is currently treating my twin girls. Even though their cases are fairly straight forward, I was told that he is the one to go to with all of the difficult clinical cases. He is very economical. He is also very child friendly, and his staff are exhalent. Everything he does is explained. Dr. Waters has a wonderful attitude towards Orthodontics. He has a very good manner about him and I would gladly recommend him to any one. Keep up the good work !

An outstanding professional, both he and his staff. He has treated both me as an adult and now, my 11 year-old son. My son is mildly autistic and I wouldn't have him treated by anyone other than Dr. Waters.
The office and the furniture are not the latest and the greatest, but who cares? I'll take the skill and patience any day over an office makeover.
They really work with you on payments.
I couldnt' recommend this group any higher.
