Offered services, took our money, then we don't see him again but he had fill-ins for 6 months. He came back to his office only offering one day a month for services- He's retiring is what his staff said

Quits on patients, only saw him first time then office says he doesn't work there any more. No one ever answers the phone, only a v.mail, no one ever calls back! Stay away from this office!

Pain -- really none until they put on the rectangular wire in. The lower brackets are hard to open so theres some paid when they open/replace wires.
Procedures itself -- wish Dr. would communicate what procedure is going to be done and what the next step/procedure would be on the next visit. Would be nice to get updated on whether progress is being made or if everything is on target.
Front Desk -- they are super nice!
No Hygienists are in his office.

Dr. Borkowski is considered to be one of the best orthodontists in the Dallas area.
