While Dr Crawford is great, she doesn't really work there anymore. She has turned everything over to Dr. Lyotard who seems to work about 2 days/week and is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment, especially for children because they close around 2 or 3 each afternoon. She actually lives in Houston and just pops in for a few days each week. Save yourself the headache and aggregation and go to someone else.

Dr. Crawford and her entire staff are really amazing! Both of my children had orthodontic treatment with Dr. Crawford and she is always so professional, helpful, and friendly. Dr. Crawford is always very honest in her assessment of treatment and extremely patient answering questions from both parents and kids. My daughter gets a bit anxious with someone working on her teeth, and Dr. Crawford would always explain everything with a kind voice. She is the best!!

She use to have a good following. Her new office is booked all the time and you can't get an appointment. Front office staff could care less about the clients and the high prices they are paying. Treated with disrespect many times. FInally had enough and went to another ortho that we are so happy with. Dallas has a lot of good orthos. Go to one that actually has a front office staff that can handle the work.

My first treatment with Dr. Crawford 10 years ago was a complete success....THEN she moved to her new over the top office and everything went down the tubes. No communication at all. The front office made a hugh mistake with our account,,,,due to the preasure and stress from thier move and increased growth. We could never get an appointment . They were always booked. They never sent our bank draft in so we ended up with a hugh bill. She wanted it paid asap. We really don't believe her front office fessed up to it being thier mistake to the Dr. The front office is not able to handle the demand of Dr. Crawfords services. We regret the referals we sent there....now they are all complaining!

She rocks. I trust her treatment explicitly for my childrens development. She knows her profession and is very confident in her diagnosis. I would not recommend anyone else. On top of her incredible ability, she has put together a wonderful support team........they rock too!!!!!!!!!!!

I have known Dr. Crawford for 13 years because she treated my daughter beginning at the age of 6.
In my opinion, there aren't many "real doctors" out there anymore, but she is! Dr. Crawford is a gem. She's a terrific human being, a great communicator and a wonderful orthodontist. She stays on top of the latest, and it's obvious that the wellbeing of her patients are her top priority.
She's THE BEST.

Dr.Crawford is extremely nice and very gentle. I had my braces for a little over a year and i had no problems or discomfort. I recommend her t6o everyone who needs braces or an orthodonist.
