Care was good. The problem came with the billing. I would not recommend this dentist because we were led to believe in our original consult with them that our insurance was fully covered. Then we found out after two visits that Dr. Plunk was not contracted with our insurance. When we complained, we were advised that they state on their website clear information that shows that they are not in-network with any insurance provider. This obviously does not sit well with me and we have cancelled future appointments. Do not go to this dentist or you will PAY for it.

Dr. Plunk took great care of my daughter from the time she was 8 until she graduated from high school. He has the greatest personality and is so knowledegable of the most current dental procedures. He does extensive research and attends dental conferences regularly. I completely trust his judgement. If you are lucky enough to get him as your child's dentist, you will have the BEST!!

I am now 25 and I saw Dr. Plunk from 6 yr old to 18 yr old. He is very good and understanding with kids. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Plunk is fabulous. From 2nd grade to saying goodbye this past year as she graduated from braces and high school, my daughter was nurtured by his expertise, caring and good humor . He creates high confidence to affirm a parent's choice for an an orthodontist. My daughter's teeth are wonderful as a result. He is straight-forward, personal and his office staff clearly respects his demeanor. And, where else would you get an orthodontist who will come out to the waiting room and juggle if he discovers it's your birthday? Very willing to work with your budgetary needs. He is a class act.

Dr. Plunk provides a stress-free, friendly office for little ones. Our daughters have been seeing Dr. P since they were 3 years old, and are now 11 and 13. His staff is caring and professional. He has helped our 13 year old, who has a rare genetic anomaly, making sure that her problem is undetectable by observers. Our 11 year old has started braces with almost no discomfort. Both look forward to their trips to Dr. Plunk! His network of associated dental specialists also provides excellent care.

Best orthodonist for children that you can find. Dentist works extremely well with children, can solve the most difficult problems. Children enjoy going to the dentist.
