Dr. Ragan is an extremely unfriendly person with a terrible bedside manner. He is cocky and doesn't care about his patients and how they feel. My stress level was awful.
All he wants to do is make teeth look good when kids smile.
When my braces came off after two and a half years, there were gaps and problems. When I addressed them with him he said "no teeth will be perfect".
I have had to go into braces again to fix his work. My teeth now are finally looking they way they should have looked with him.

Dr. Ragan has treated 2 members of our family. He has made the experience of braces a pleasant one by treating us kindly and with great results. He is a calm, smart, great guy.

He did my sons braces. Offered individualized plan. This office really makes you feel like a true patient and not a number. Dr Ragan personally overseas every patient. He spends a lot of time talking to the patient and the parents. Location was very convenirent. We did not have to wait a long time for our appointment. His hours were great for my sons busy hight school schedule.
