Dr. Wilbanks is the most amazing orthodontist - I have just completed my 3 year treatment. I couldn't be happier with the result! Dr. Wilbanks is extremely patient and very knowledgeable and has a real passion for what he does! I would recommend him in a heartbeat. His staff is attentive and accommodating as well.

The orthodontist does great work but his staff is snotty and rude. Staff was not accommodating nor understanding when we had an issue that needed immediate attention. If the office only consisted of the Dr. I would say go but unfortunately, his staff lacks empathy and people skills.

Dr Wilbanks is the best orthodontist in El Paso. I had 5 consults with different orthos in the area (some of who are on this site) and I can honestly say that they do not even compare to Dr. Wilbanks. I was told by a couple of orthos that I would have to have teeth pulled and several gave me the option of either getting my teeth pulled or having jaw surgery. Dr. Wilbanks was able to fix my teeth without the surgery or without pulling teeth. I will be out of braces in a couple of months and I have not had any problems with my teeth. They are perfect and beautiful AND I have all of them. I trust Dr. Wilbanks with my child's teeth. He has been in braces for about 1.5 years and we haven't had any problems. There was a tooth that was coming up practically lying down (like this _ ) and we were told by our family dentist that it might have to be pulled. Dr. Wilbanks has been able to save the tooth! He's awesome and I highly recommend him to anybody who wants the best!

Dr. Wilbanks is such a great orthodontists. His practice is done on people of all ages. I have been a patient of his for almost two years now, and I was recommended to Dr. Wilbanks by about 10 other people, and now I can see why. Everyone that has gotten their braces off, their teeth look gorgeous. I think the costs are pretty reasonable, and he has such a great staff working for him. I feel that I know them all, because they are all just so friendly.
