I took my daughter to her for orthodontic treatment and outside of her outrageous price, she kept sending me out to other providers for what I felt as unnecessary services. After 5 months of not even having her braces fully applied, I sought another orthodontist who took my daughter for way less than what Dr. Franzen charges and even said that some of her practices are outdated.

She did braces for my kids. Treatment was good but she is expensive and is overzealous to add charges on top of her price which is high anyway - everything is an excuse to get more money out of patients. she is also only working 2 days a week and her hours are inconvenient for school kids. Her assistant is not gentle and usually hurts my kid when she treats him. I would not recommend her.

I had braces at Dr. Franzen's office for 2 years. The treatment was rather painless. She and her staff are not only awesome but also fun. They are accomodating. Her office is very comfortable and updated. The cost was moderate and they offer a payment plan. I received helped with my insurance plan when I needed help. I would highly recommend this office for braces because I now love my teeth and smile. I had fun and looked forward to going into their office for each appointment.

Dr Franzen and Karen are awesome! I was and still is impressed with their knowledge, demeanor, and understanding. They reminded me that there are still good doctors out there and still very much interested in their patients. We are not just a number at this office.

My experience at Dr. Franzen's office was more than I had expected in every aspect. Dr. Franzen and her staff were some of the nicest people I have ever met and were extreamly helpful and informative about the steps involved in getting braces. They worked fast and efficiently to straighten my teeth and have great prices. I am a hundred percent satisfied with her work and would recomend her to all of my friends and family!!!!
