Dr. Hagan's staff are very efficient, professional, and friendly. They strive to accomodate patients with special situations, and do a great job making each person feel as though they are the only patient in the place! Bravo to Nita and the front office staff for being great with kids and putting everyone at ease. The hygienists are upbeat, enthusiastic, and do a wonderful job explaining procedures and teaching aftercare.
Dr. Hagan takes alot of time to thoroughly explain procedures, offer options, and to teach parents/ children. He has a warm personality, superb people skills, and truly appears to love his work. Our family has been very happy with the initial phase of our middle school son's treatment. Dr. Hagan's rates are slightly above some of the other area orthodontists, but the great clinical outcomes and high caliber staff differentiate his practice (and more than substantiate for the incremental fee difference.)
P.S.- The staff are expert at communicating with dental plan providers; this is a huge time and hassle saver!
