I am very upset with the services at Dr. Bright. My children were patients there and I finally transfered to another orthodontist. Dr. Bright did not listen to my concerns and finally told me he could not do anymore for my children. Unsatisfied with that, I got a second opinion and am fully happy at this new place. I also had to wait for almost an hour on the dr to come back from lunch. I specifically asked for the first morning appointment so we did not have to wait, but on several occassions, I waited for 45min for the doctor to arrive at the office. Thyen, since he was late I feel my child did not get the proper treatment and he was very rough. Each time, he hurt my child and finally I had to request only the assistant to work on him!! I was so frustrated at the fact that he, the doctor, would get up in the middle of my sons appointment when his cell phone rang. I understand if it is an emergency, but most appointments this occurred!!! I would never recommend this doctor! I spent way too much money and time at that place!

I am not happy with the final results of my orthodontic treatment. I feel like Dr. Bright did not listen to me and take into consideration how my teeth felt and looked to me. The office environment is nice, but the staff try to seem nice but it is all fake. Every time you try to make the next appt. when you are leaving a current appt. there is never anything available.

Dr Bright is very personable while still being very professional. My daughter does not mind going in for her appointments at all.
They make it an enjoyable place to go.
