Dr Sam did my braces in the mid 80s. There was no internet then, so here's my chance. He was great! I was done with braces in just about a year. All of my friends had theirs twice as long.

I had a major jaw surgery in 1998 and Dr. Winkelmann was part of the treatment team on the orthodontic side. He worked seemlessly with my jaw surgeon. His pre and post surgery treatments were top notch. His staff was always nice and I would recommend him to anyone!!
