My children have been seeing Dr Goldreich for awhile now. Overall, their teeth look excellent. The only drawback to this office is that the practice is huge. initially we felt like we got personal attention, but over time, the dr and the staff working on their teeth stopped coming out to me to give me any information or feedback on how their treatment was going. They would just send my child back to the waiting room and that was it. Even when their braces came off, no one said a word to us. The kid would come out with heir balloons and popcorn and we would just leave. We spent close to $20,000 on all of our kids there, the least they could do was come out and say something to us or shake our hand and thank us for the business. If you just want a great outcome, then see them because their work is excellent. If you want personal service, go elsewhere because you will be disappointed. Our orthodontists back home knew all of us, took the time to get to know my kids and charged so much less....and we lived in a major metropolitan area.
About Front Desk: The lady up front has gotten grouchy and not very friendly over time but she only makes the follow up appointments. The last time we were there, she was rude to my son.

We were referred to Dr. Goldreich by my daughters' pediatric dentist, and under treatment for the overbite - I did not realize my daughter had overbite until they said so, it's very minor. Whatever we did the treatment as he advised. The charge is kind of high, but my concern is, I feel he's a bit too pushy and not happy if we are questioning his treatment plan. At the same time, I feel he's a marketing person instead of a dentist by the way he's running his office.

Had pre-orthodontic checkups for two kids. Goldreich is very quick to suggest procedures and pull teeth without waiting for nature to take its course. He pushed to have 3 teeth pulled on my child because it would help the permanent teeth come in better. It didn't. The second time he recommended pulling teeth and putting in a mouth piece, I decided to wait. Teeth came out just fine and the mouth piece was not needed. I feel like he is quick to suggest costly procedures and make a few extra dollars. If he would quit throwing the lavish annual party at the country club, maybe he could lower the prices. I am pretty sure all the parents would take that trade.

We love Dr. Goldreich. All three of our Children have been to Dr. Goldreich for braces, expanders, and head gear and all three finished with beautiful smiles. We would recommend him to everyone. The kids loved going and always looked forward to their appointments. The office has a great welcoming atmosphere, very friendly. It was a wonderful experience for the whole family.

Both of my children were paitents of Dr. Goldreich. I have nothing bad to say about him or his staff. He was always professional and did a great job with my children. We are very pleased with the outcome and it has now been at least 7 years since they finished treatment. We would and have recommended him to others.

Dr. Goldreich treated my kids and had another orthodontist treat my first born. Dr Goldreich has one of the best facilities and rarely does he make you wait. He has game boxes, internet access, high tech login, cookies, phone to use truly looking at the experience of both the patients and the waiting parent. Great friendly staff. He is also funny, very knowledgeable and extremely approachable. I also had my teeth done there. My point of comparison would be the experience with my other child. The outcome is that she has the most absolutely perfectly aligned teeth and gorgeous smile. I would note that my other children's and mine as well turned out well but not as immaculate as my other child but I paid a higher price for my first born's perfect teeth and dealt with a difficult billing staff and less warm office. The office was not as friendly and his costs significantly high enough that I switched. On the contrary, Dr Goldreich worked with us closely on our billing and insurance without any hassles.

Dr Goldreich is the best Orthodontist in Plano. He keeps up with the best treatment options. His staff is excellent. And most of all he does excellent work. I personally have been treated by him and so has 2 of my 4 children.

i have been going to goldreich since i was in 2nd grade .he and my mom went to collage together .he is so nice he is like family but not really. he helped me with my crooked teeth and now is helping my sister and i's teeth. he is very kind .the faculty is so nice and very patient. he is one of a kind .you dont have to wait very long for your apointment .and you scan your finger to tell the sercurtary your here instead of filling out forms . it is a very nice envoriment too. they have gamecibe games and xbox and playstation it is so nice there while you wait you can have some cookies and mom and dad could have some coffe they always have magazine you can look at and while the nurses are checking your teeth you can watch a movie and also pick what movie you want to watch it is so cool

Dr. Goldreich has always been very professional and attentive to my daughters anxiety about going to the dentist. Over a short time he has made her feel comfortable with the expectation of getting braces. Our daughter being happy makes us happy. We would highly recommend him to other parents considering braces for their children.

Dr. Goldreich is our orthodontist and we have been extremely pleased with every aspect of his pratice. He is very knowledgable about new and innovative types of braces and saved my daughter from having permanent teeth pulled!
