My son - Sean had a complicated situation with his bite which Dr. Medina corrected perfectly! He was able to do his manipulations without putting him on the operating table. Now, I - Sean's mom was not so fortunate to know Dr. Medina and had my bite corrected via an 8-hour intense 3-jaw surgery. My procedure resulted in recessed gums and a numb chin. Upon my first visit with Dr. Medina, as I was well aware of the situation, having learned our genetic structures from going through it myself. I had a pretty good idea of what Sean needed and Dr. Medina nailed it within minutes of looking at him. He may charge a little more, I don't know. I didn't concern myself with the cost because from the moment he revealed the diagnosis I was convinced he was worth every cent especially since my son has good gums and his nerves are all still intact. Dr. Medina has given my son a great bite and very handsome smile. I can't thank him enough and strongly recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Medina himself is a great orthodontist -- you can actually see result in just weeks. However, the only downfall is their inability to schedule appointments later in the day or week (such as friday). The latest you can schedule is around 4:30 P.M. Any how, the other negative comments I have is that some technicians are not as skilled as the others -- you'll be lucky if Melissa is the one that is assigned to do your teeth -- if not, for sure there will be problems in between appointments. Any how, that's just my personal opinion. Just make sure to ask for MELISSA when you schedule your next appointment.

My daughter had two brackets knocked off by the staff when replacing the wire and on a different visit she was sliced under the tongue and had to get two stitches...ouch!! Very careless staff.

Dr. Medina and his staff are very friendly and gentle. They are very helpful in explaining the procedures and keeping their patients comfortable. His office staff was also very helpful in getting our maximal belefit from our dental insurance company.

Dr. Medina and his staff are very nice and have done an excellent job with my braces. I got to pick my colors and my teeth are now very straight.
