Dr. Czarneki and staff are professional-personable and perfectionist. The staff was accommodating to my schedule and kind in their attention to my daughter. Dr. Czarneki took time to explain treatment protocol and LISTEN at every appointment to our questions and preferences. He was patient and we NEVER felt rushed. He was treating my daughter at EVERY appointment.
Dr. Czarneki is a trained orthodontist with many years of experience but he is also an artist. Fee for service was fair. We never had to wait to be seen. Schedule ran on time. A couple of times we asked to be seen earlier or later than scheduled at the last minute and the practice went out of the way to facilitate.
The atmosphere is pleasantly welcoming in a retro professional guest living room type of way.. refreshing....I prefer the decor to the wild or cutsie or outlandish...
From a compliance stand point: Disinfecting Hand Soap-Disinfectant-Cleaning Schedules- Sterilized Instruments-Equipment and Handle Covers- All in evidence of systematic-intentional standard operating protocol...

When I called local Orthodontists, they took time to answer all my questions and left me feeling very comfortable. My first impression (a friendly, caring team) has carried through every appointment.
Dr Czarnecki treats each patient as an individual. He includes parents, but talks with our son (6th grader) so he understands what's expected of him. This has greatly reduced any anxiety. Dr. C has not pushed braces as retainer/headgear may solve the problem more naturally. If not, we can prepare for braces later. We trust Dr C completely.
The staff is wonderful...i.e. friendly, prompt and sensitive to other financial obligations in or lives.
We're thrilled that we've found them and recommend them whenever possible. In their office, you are definitely a patient and not just a number.
I do not have the treatment costs handy, but am certain they will answer questions you have. We've felt the costs have been reasonable.

I like the fact that Dr. Czarnecki spends time with all the patients unlke other orthodontist in the area. You never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes and he is always around. Friendly front desk girls.

Dr. Czarnecki is very personable and provides a custom solution to the child's problem. Not a cookie-cutter approach I found at another large ortho practice. Love the office staff who always make you feel welcome.

We are not finished with treatment, but we are making great progress. The office is small and friendly and my kids love to go!
That means a great deal. They talk directly to the patient and include me. My child is not an object, but a person to them. All procedures and the reasons are explained so we both understand. I think this fosters increased cooperation by the kids because they feel accountable. They know the Dr. will ask them and not me about their home routine and they want the positive feedback of doing things well.
I would highly recommend Dr Czarnecki to all of my friends!.
The payments are made easy as well. There is no interest charged, just a monthly payment plan after the deposit. I had 2 other consults prior to choosing Dr Czarnecki and I am very pleased with the choice we made!
