Dr. Nikki Nguyen is my daughter's (13 yrs.) orthodontist. We are also beginning prelim treatment for my son this month. Dr. Nikki has been great!
My kids really love her! She is easy going and very very knowlegeable about her job. Its very easy to ask her questions and you never feel like she's trying to rush you. Her staff that work with her is also excellent and very pleasant and always make my kids feel comfortable. The receptionist is very friendly and patient (even when I forget my appointment sometimes) and she always smiles.The office manager is also very very nice and informative and explains any billing or treatment questions I have very thoroughly. The cost is reasonable for the services we are receiving. We always feel like we are getting the best service at Dr. Nguyen's office.We highly recommend going Dr. Nguyen and her staff, they are the BEST!!!!!!
