I actually visited a few of Orthodontics offices in the area for braces, and I choose Dr. Denise Nguyen office over the others. I could not be happier with my decision and the excellent care i've been received from Dr Nguyen and her staff.
Dr Nguyen has experiences and has great ideal to treat my problem to the best of teeths according to my mouth shape. I can tell that she truly cares for her patients and make sure I got the best treatment for my condition.
I visit 3 Orthodontics offices and found out the price here is lowest and very reasonable compared to others office.
has the lowest quote. After a few year of wearing braces finally got it out yesterday on Jan 27th, 2014. I am very happy with my teeths when i am smiling.
My sister was also done by Dr. Nguyen more than 10 years ago and she is very pleased with it.
I would recommend you to see Dr Nguyen.
About Front Desk: The staff Dr. Nguyen has are really nice and helpful. They are very accommodating and the professionalism that Dr. Nguyen has created for a well run offices. They are all a great group and I appreciated their services. They sent out an email to remind me for my next appointment and willing to help to reschedule it when i can't make it. There is two offices for convenience and located in Mclean and Herndon office.

Waiting time is long. Always over-booked. But the doctor is good.

Everytime i go into this office for an appoinment their is a extremely long wait. I never can get in or out. I wish the Dotor or assistant would take time to explain procedures and overall treatments.I also feel that the cost is very expensive for treatment, especially for adults, children seem to be a bit high as well. I have seen results on myself and my daughter has yet to get her equipment as of yet. The Vienna office waiting room is entirely to small and hot. Employees should keep the patient informed of back ups or lateness. We as consumers often take off from work to make these appointment and we don;t like to sit in the waiting area for 1 hour past your schedule appointment and then get called back to wait another 30minutes to 1 hour in the back room.

The service is good. The waiting room in the fairfax facility does not have enough space.
