Shortened office hours, random early closings make it very difficult to reach the staff and Dr. Maull. For example, it's not uncommon to call and hear "the office closed on 12:30 on Thursday and we'll be back on Monday" even though the website says they are open Thursdays. As a result, quality of patient care ultimately suffers. The doctor should decide if she wants to run a serious practice and if so, have office hours that are conducive to patient service.

My son had braces, I had braces, and believe it or not, it actually was a joy to come to her beautiful office that could not be any more kid friendly. And I can not say enough about working with Dr Maull. She cares about her patience and she is very skilled in her knowledge of not only orthodontistry but also creating symetry in a face. She is also very active giving back to the community as well.
I could not recommend her more highly

My dentist recommended Dr. Maull when my son needed braces soon after we moved to Northern Virginia. She was professional and thorough -- and also extremely nice. She was current with the latest technology and always explained everything she was doing (or proposed to do). Her staff responded quickly to questions. Because my son attended boarding school, she worked with us in developing a treatment plan and checkup schedule that took into account his vacations and long weekends home. She also emphasized the importance of proper brushing and cleaning during orthodontic treatment. My son has a beautiful smile today, thanks to Dr. Maull.

Dr. Maull is very calm and professional. She takes a lot of the stress out of having braces. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

My skittish 10 year old absolutely LOVES Dr. Maull. She is pleasant and caring, organized, professional, and takes time to explain procedures from beginning to end--answering any and all questions. Her staff is courteous and professional and the office is well-run and attractive.

The most professional and personal care received in over 39 years. Her staff is without equal. Facility rates 5 stars. If you are an adult or have a child needing an orthodontist, look no further.
