Dr. Britto is fantastic and the customer service is outstanding. I am so pleased with the exceptional customer service -- I don't feel as if I am just another patient. My appointment schedule is flexible and the whole staff is attentive and concerned keeping me informed every step of the way. In addition, the explanations to my questions are easy to understand. All the costs were explained to me and broken out and there have been no surprises. During all my appointments, Dr. Britto and the staff have been very friendly and upbeat. It is so refreshing to be in such a caring environment -- Dr. Britto and his staff has not only met but exceeded my expectations!

It was a wonderful experience for us at Britto Orthodontics! When Elise started, Dr. Britto told her that he would do all he could to get her ready for her braces to come off before her birthday – it is month 15 of an estimated 18 months, her braces are off today and her birthday is next week! Dr. Britto and the staff are great with kids and create a fun, relaxing atmosphere. It looks like it’s fun to work there and the patients and parents can feel that! Dr. Britto always answered our questions and explained everything very clearly – we felt well-informed throughout the whole process. Elise looks great!

I don’t know where to begin! When I saw how beautiful my teeth look up there on the screen today, I wanted to cry – I’m SO happy…SO happy! I sucked my thumb until I was three and a half and I had a gap in the front that I thought I would always have and it’s gone. Dr. Britto is beyond perfect – when I thought my teeth were looking great, he always knew how to make them even better! I just can’t say enough – it was amazing – I couldn’t ask for more. I want to thank my mom too for doing this for me. I could take on the world right now. I love all you guys at Britto Orthodontics – I will come visit! I want everyone to know that it was worth it. My boyfriend is texting that he can’t wait to see this – he has never seen me without braces before – we met when they were on! I am ecstatic – thank you!!!

Dr. Britto is one of the best and the most professional individuals I have ever encountered. My dental treatment with him went very well and exceeded all my expectations. I had a tooth out of place which diminished my overall confidence and prevented me from smiling. After my initial consultation with Dr. Britto, he indicated that my particular situation was a unique one that he hadn't encountered before but he assured me that it was possible to fix my problem and give me my smile back. I started college shortly after I commenced my treatment with doctor Britto. My school was about 4 hours away from Dr. Britto's facility so whenever I had an appointment, Dr. Britto and his staff were so flexible with me and gave me an appointment that suited my school schedule. There were times where I had been late to an appointment due to traffic or traveling from a long distance and doctor Britto still treated me and never showed any signs of frustration. I felt so comfortable whenever I was there, his staff were all so professional and friendly and always willing to help out. After my treatment with Dr. Britto, I regained my confidence and smiled like I never did before. I would whole hardheartedly recommend him to any one regardless of age.

I recently had my braces put on and removed in Dr. Britto's care. He and his services have alleviated the pain I did not feel while being a patient in his office. My teeth have turned out stunning thanks to his treatment and successful care of my teeth. I would STRONGLY recommend Dr. Britto's Orthodontics to anyone needing braces or tooth adjustment.

My experience at Britto Orthodontics was pleasant and I felt comfortable coming to each appointment. I really liked Dr. Britto and his staff and how they treated me . I was also very happy that I was able to get my braces off sooner than expected. I would recommend Britto Orthodontics to anyone who wants to have a positive experience with braces. Having braces was a very interesting experience for me. I did not expect to have them off so soon. Dr. Britto and his staff were not only very experienced in orthodontics but they were all very kind and funny individuals. All in all I originally thought I would dread having to wear braces, but with Dr. Britto and his staff it turned out to be a fun experience. (Anand)

Dr. Britto has been the best Orthodontist that I have seen. I did some shopping around for a good ortho. but never felt completely satisfied with what was diagnosed. I am now 25 years old and don't want to go through a bunch of the stuff I went through as a kid. Dr. Britto answered all my questions and has been so nice to work with! He is even great with my daughter (who doesn't need any work but comes in with me from time to time). Dr. Britto is very thourough and very sensitive to the needs and wants of his patients. I definitely recommend him to anyone!
