Dr. White and his staff were super nice and upbeat with our family. Dr. White is extremely thorough and careful and explains everything so we could understand it. He actually makes treatment fun, and his assistants are so gentle and kind. Its a happy place. I would recommend it to anyone who wants orthodontics that are top notch.

Very expensive but you get what you pay for! Best Orthodontist in area for results!
If he would only hire a new office manager-very unprofessional and she could definitely use some dental work. Bad representation for Dr. White's practice!

I didn't end up following through with treatment with Dr. White as I was quoted approximately $11,000 for braces!! Every other quote I obtained in the Richmond area was in the $4,500-$5,000 range for the exact same set of braces, procedure, timeline, and follow-up. Everyone I showed my quote was absolutely appalled. I don't understand where the additional $6,000 comes from and it's really disappointing. I even tried communicating with the woman who worked with me on my quote during the initial consultation and found it difficult to get revised quotes in the time she had promised. I'm sure Dr. White does amazing things for his patients, but I find it hard to justify spending the money I would normally allocate toward a new car purchase on my mouth when I know I can get the the same results elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.

I received a diagnostic from Dr. White last month. After going to two other orthodontists for their opinion about the same problem, I found Dr. White to be (by far!) the most knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He and his entire staff made plenty of time for me, they were very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions completely. I will be starting treatment with him in January.

Braces for my daughter, she has had them almost four years. Tunis is too long. Ffirst had expanders for 8 months. Had teeth pulled. Wrong tooth pull. Now righting her teeth.
