Although we've only known Dr. Barney for a little over a year, he's an absolutely great dentist. He's very caring when it comes to my autistic teenager and all the little quirks that go with having him go to the dentist. We have been going to Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics for 10 years now (since my son was 4 years old) and they are wonderful. Really understanding when it comes to having to cancel appointments with only an hour's notice due to health issues due to the rain/thunderstorms and lower change in barometric pressure. Love this practice!!

As a father of 6 children, ages 17 through 4, excellent dental care is very important and so is my children's comfort with their dentist. We have been going to Dr Barney for over 16 years. He specializes in childrens dentistry and orthodontia. Dr. Barney came well recommended and he has done a great job with all my children, including one set of braces. He and his staff are excellent, very professional and do a great job. They have several offices in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake and rotate to a different office each day. This really comes in handy if you move about the city as we did; you always have an office close by. I highly recommend Dr. Barney and his staff.
