I Went to dr roy for tmj. he came highly recommended however his staff lacks customer service skills and compassion in general. Each time I would have a new wire put in I would have to go back a week later because it was digging in my gum. The staff always seemed annoyed when I would come back and did not have the "gentle touch". During my treatment I had 3 different people pull brackets off while change a wire. Overall unprofessional which is sad because dr roy the opposite of all his staff.

Dr Roy is okay...the office is not the best. They charge an arm and 2 legs and do not give discounts to people paying out of pocket. The staff is friendly, yet not very empathetic to people's financial situations. Dr Roy will not allow the patient to decide on what is best for themselves, indicating certain pain releavers are not recommended when extracting teeth. It seems he would rather make four hundred dollars off anesthesia, then provide novicaine at a cheap or free rate. My wishes were not fulfilled. I would not refer anyone to Dr Roy's office unless they were a Hilton or Winfrey. Dr Roy may be a good character, but I would be friendly if i were emptying your pockets too.

Dr. Roy did wonderful job for my teeth. I was going to give up on my teethline but he gave me hope. And it worked! His staff are very friendly and kind. I love Dr. Roy's office!

Dr. Roy might be pricey but he is the best in the area. Dr. Roy put braces on me to prepare for jaw surgery and the outcome was tremendous. I felt that Dr. Roy was giving me the best treatment that medicine could offer.
