DR Zaki was extremely rude and arrogant. His staff were all stuck up trolls and rolled there eyes at me several times, he said to hurry he had other patients to see. His office wreaked of old rotten chinese food ,his staff wore dirty scrubs save your time and money go to a true proffessional. Mistreated my disabled son he should be ashamed...

I'm doing braces with Dr Zaki. It's going good. It was a little painful
when they were installed, but he gave me a free certificate for
a tropical smoothie and that really helped :). I love Dr Zaki and his stuff! They are very professional,
helpful and friendly. I have had a great experience, and would recommend
Dr. Zaki and his staff to anyone.
About Front Desk: I love Dr Zaki and his stuff! They are very professional, helpful and friendly. I come with my little baby and they are always very understanding and help entertain him if he starts fussing while I'm in a chair.

We had a great experience w/ Dr. Zaki and his staff! Dawn and the other ladies that work the front desk are always super friendly. We had some problems with my son's molars not coming in. Dr. Zaki modified the treatment plan and we had great results.
We are always in and out. If we have a 3:00 appointment, we get called back at 3:00! They give incentives for the kids to take care of their braces by rewarding them with tokens that they can turn in for different rewards. My son is saving up for a $50 check!
I tell everyone I know about Dr. Zaki's office!

I am 25 years old and I started going to Dr. Zaki December 2006. I have to tell you the truth, I really enjoy his service and he definitely knows what he's talking about. Originally I shopped around and I found Dr. Zaki to be the most knowledgeable. Another orthodontist, I won't say their name, was going to let me get Invisalign because I wanted it. Dr. Zaki looked in my mouth and told me the truth; there was no way Invisalign would work for me. He isn't a doctor that will take your money and do whatever you want. He actually cares about me, as a customer, being happy with the work when it's all said and done. Because his work--the finished product, just like any service, is his name and reputation.
At the beginning stages, I was unsure of what he was doing because I had to get teeth removed, but over time, I started seeing how things were all coming together and if I had a question on what he was doing or if I questioned if Im still on schedule to get them off, he has always answered honestly.
Dr. Zaki has flexible payment options, so I didn't have to worry about having all the money up front. The staff is very nice and pleasant. I know just about everyone on a first name basis and the mood never changes from one visit to another. Just pleasant people to be around.
I believe that too many times, when service is so good, we, as consumers, don't write about our experience, but if someone wasn't pleased, then it's written everywhere. So I wanted to take a minute out to recommend Dr. Zaki Orthodontics to anyone that might be looking for a knowledge doctor to look over your mouth for the next 2+ years. Believe me, you won't be disappointed.
And if you have any doubts, just have a consultation with him and meet him. Great doctor, great staff, and great experience.

Very deliberate when speaking. Hesitates before answering. Which is okay because I hate fast talking doctors and dentists. My son went to him and he was fine with Zaki. He can be a little over the top with trying to make your mouth perfect. He recommended that my daughter get reconstruction on her jaw because it protruded a little. And this would enhance her photogetic profile. Silly Duck!!! I came for a consultation concerning braces not modeling!! Then he proceeded to tell me it was up to my daughter whether or not she wanted the procedure. And I said to him, oh really? I guess you will seek payment from her and not me? Needless to say, that ended that conversation. Other than that, the staff is great and Zaki although a little wacky did a great job on my kids teeth.

Awesome at making kids feel relaxed and confident.
My son is a swimmier and the fish helped:)))
