worst dentist in bay area ever!! He ruined my teeth!stay away from him, he will ruin your teeth too!
dental associate claim that i have a bad treatment and they should refund me all the money but they just don't want to pay!bad reputation!no integrity?bad attitude!all he want is money,he don't care your health?lots of his patient suffering from bone lost because of the bad treatment he made. not professional at all! he should be punished for all the bad treatment done on the patients include kids!

PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
I remember in middle school, I came to him when he was still working at his dental office in Chinatown and he told my parents that I would get my teeth aligned straight and it would take 3 years. The price was around $2,000-3,000 I think.
Well, after 3 years my teeth was still not properly aligned and I still had a really bad underbite. Dr. Xia Bing rudely "kicked" us out, saying that I paid for 3 years and time was up. Obviously I did not pay for time, I paid to get my TEETH and underbite FIXED. My teeth did not get any better, and 3 years + $2,000 was wasted. He took the money, did not refund it, and told us to leave. Seriously? What kind of business is this? Now, he's moved to his current Sutter location, but he is still the fraudster he originally is.
Do not get anything fixed from him. I would not trust him with my money, time, or my teeth.

My son had braces done here. Had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff. Great front desk. Always open on Saturdays.

I had went to this doctor for orthodontic treatment. I had terrible experience with him. He does not keep his appointments. I was turned back 3 times from office. I even tried talking to doctor about this issue, but he does not seem to understand. Also, I had hard time understanding his English. Overall, I would not let my friend see to this doctor for braces.

Dr. Xia is my son's orthodontist. Overall the experience is OK. He did not speak too much. But, when I had question, he always gave me answers in details.

Dr. Xia does not worth to trust and has no credit. He promised to return an amount of $112.50 back to me. However, that check was returned and I have to pay extra $15 for a returned check.
Think about it. The total amount is only $112.50.
I will be after him and I will demand a payment in cash of $127.50.
