I would highly recommend Dr. Fidler to friends and co-workers. He takes the time to do things right and I never felt rushed , always explaning the treatment on each visit. His staff could not have been kinder or more helpfull. Thank-You Dr. Fidler! C King

I can't say I've had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Fidler for more than a couple weeks as I just recently met the man. But what I can say from my first encounter with him is that he is a very caring person who takes time with his work and carefully assesses all treatment options slowly and carefully before juming to conclusions. His staff is phenomenal and the clinic is spot free and very relaxing. His flexibility with payment options is unparalleled, leaving you with an honest feeling of care. I plan on having braces placed next week and I'm super excited because I know he and his staff will take good care of me. I am able to make a small portion for a down payment and stretch my payments out to 24 months, unbelievable!!

Three of my children have received treatment from Dr. Fidler. All actually enjoyed going for their orthodontic appointments. He and his staff were terrific. They were understanding of my frenetic schedule and didn't hassle us unnecessarily when it was difficult to schedule appointments. He's a truly good guy who loves what he does and that is important. It shows in his treatment of patients.

Dr. Fidler's office has time management problem. It's way overbooked. If you have to wait a long time and you have a meeting for you to attend in your company, you can become very upset. Once I waited 1 hr but the doctor was still busy with another patient. The customer service was actually ok, the receptionist went into the room and checked what's the problem. The problem was that the doctor tried to see too many patients at the same time.
In my opinion, when a doctor can't spend quality time on his patients, he can't do his best for his patients.

I have been very satisfied with the overall result of my teeth. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to work wonders without having to pull teeth.
