Very very Good doctor, very very good customer service. the facility very clean and nice. There is a place for kids to play game and reading.

I can't say enough about Dr.Wallen and his amazing staff. It was a very enjoyable experience for my son and our whole family. They have a relaxing, warm and inviting atmosphere. Everyone who was in contact with my son was very sweet and reassuring. I would also like to point out that my son has autism and up until he was 9 years old would not even complete a regular dental exam.
Dr. Wallen is an amazing artist! He worked orthodontic miracles on my son! I will be forever grateful.
I would highly recommend anyone seeking orthodontic treatment to have a visit with Dr. Terry Wallen.

Dr. Wallen treated my children, both at the same time. One for an overbite the other for a small mouth with crowded teeth.
My children were 10 and 11 at the time when they began treatment and they were happy to go, they were treated with care and respect. The staff is very professional yet demonstrates empathy towards kids and parents. The cost I believe was well worth it, but they worked with me and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Dr. Wallen and his staff. I would recommend Dr. Terry Wallen to anyone.

Dr. Wallen has a wealth of education and is also an instructor himself. He really cares about your smile and gets really excited to see your progress each month. He is very friendly and is just a great person to know. My husband also went to Dr. Wallen for his braces and we are both completely impressed. The part that stands out at Dr. Wallen's office is the staff. They are all so friendly, it really is like a 5-star hotel when it comes to customer service. Everyone seems to know their job very well and they seem passionate about what they do. Oh, and there is a video game machine in the lobby which looks like a lot of fun. The magazines are all current and interesting, although I don't usually get to read much because they bring me in and out so fast.

My family has gone through many years of braces with Dr. Wallen and all have really loved him. He is very calm and soft spoken. His assistants are all very nice and helpful. His office is convenient and a comfortable place to be. The appointments are usually very quick and burdenless, not waiting around a long time or anything.

Dr. Wallen and his staff have been wonderful. Our daughters are almost finished with their othodonic procedures and their teeth look wonderful. Dr. Wallen is great with the kids, giving them advice about thier teeth and life choices as well. His staff has been helpful and accommodating when one or the other daughter has had a band break or a pokey wire.
We had several friends whose children went to Dr. Wallen for braces and were very happy with the results and some of them had more serious corrections to be made, that when it came to our girls, we decided to consult with him. So far, he has not disappointed us. One of our daughters is scheduled to have her braces removed next month and the other shortly thereafter. From what we can see, the results will be beautiful, straight teeth!

Dr. Wallen did braces on both of my children. My daughter's mouth was really a mess from sucking her thumb. She could stick her thumb in her mouth while her teeth were together. Today she has a beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Wallen.
He did such a great job on her that we didn't even consider any other Orthodontist for our son's braces. We are also very pleased with how his mouth turned out.
Dr. Wallen is a very caring person also. When our daughter needed jaw surgery he recommended a Dr. in Seattle and sent her flowers after her surgery which we thought was above and beyond. His staff is also great.

Dr. Wallen and the entire staff create an amazing environment in which Ortho care can be fun. I have never met such a caring and nurturing environment that strives to meet the needs of both the children and adults. Throughout the relationship that Dr. Wallen establishes with young people, they are learning about human care as he and his staff models the ethics of life and the courtesy of customer service - directly to them!
I have had 2 children go through treatment with Dr. Wallen and I would never dream of going elsewhere. He has always worked with us financially, and backed his work with pride. I recommend all of my friends to his office. Call and talk with the front gals - and take a minute to speak with Dr. Wallen if trying to decide. You will find my review to be just as it is.
