Extremely convenient to where we live and where our kids go to school so I was concerned about high fees due to his location on the Plateau. After two other opinions and talking with others in our PTA, his fees were very average, not high or low.
What really made it great to go there was his staff. Always friendly and interested in you and the kids. The doctor was very busy actually working on the patients himself (which was different than my brace experience as a child) I wish he were open on Fridays, which is a good day for me, but most dentists are closed on that day I guess.
The boys teeth look great and the they actually seemed to have fun doing it, which was a surprise. Highly recommend Dr. Hawkins

Poor customer service as staff is not accommodative and sympathetic towards trying to fix appointment dates that are convenient for me. I have to be inconvenienced most of the times to suit their schedule. Imagine having to pay so much and yet unable to get appointment times to suit my schedule!

After vesting a different Orthodontist first I decided to try Dr. Hawkins. He did an excellent job of explaining things to me and wasn't near as expensive or aggressive as the first Orthodontist. I am almost done with me treatment and am very satisfied. He has a nice office and his staff is always pleasant to be around.
