My daughter has been going to Irena for the past year and she has been very good so far. It is to soon to say if I would reccommend or not.

Dr. Baker and her staff have been wonderful for my daughter's braces experience. We moved here from Spokane and my daughter was very scared to change orthodontists. Dr. Baker filled right in and my daughter got over her anxiety right away. I would highly recommend her practice to anyone needing braces.

I've been with Dr. Baker for a long time and I have to say that at first she was very professional. My checkups were quick and the staff was knowledgable. Lately however this has not been the case. The turnover is extremely high and it almost seems like she has a brand new staff every few months. Also Dr. Baker has a tendency to not be so gentle when putting the wires back in and often pokes my mouth with her instruments. In addition her office hours are almost entirely inflexible so if you have a busy schedule don't count on the office being open when you need it to be. If I could do it again I would NOT go to her for my orthodontic needs.

Dr. Baker is extremely pleasant and caring. She genuinely helps clear up any questions or concerns you might have. Her office is clean and hygienic, but comfortable. Irena's staff are very kind and gentle! I highly reccomend Dr. Irena Baker.

Dr. Baker takes a highly professional but wonderfully personalized interest in her patients and their families. She, and her team, are tops! Don't stress that the facilities are a bit lower...the overall experience is very positive...and not having free lattes and huge aquariums helps keep the cost down!

I think that Dr. Baker, so far, has done a great job with my orthodontic work. I just had my braces in for 5 months and I can tell the difference already. Although the wires hurt, the service is very friendly!!

Dr. Baker and her staff were wonderful the entire time my daughter was going through her orthodontic treatment plan. They explained everything every step of the way. She was also reasonably priced. The results were wonderful.

my son is going through the "sad" process of braces. irena and everyone at her office has made my son feel great about having braces! they are not only there for the regular app. but also there to help in a bind. my son has broken some of his bands and even though we are behind on payments, dr. bakers office lets my son come in to get them fixed. that rocks!!
