The staff is pleasant and friendly. Treatment is professional and effective. Going to the appointments is like visiting friends who happen to know a lot about teeth lol. We love Dr. Shammaa and the entire staff. I can't imagine going to any other orthodontist.

He is not a good orthodontist. He just rubs me the wrong way. To picky & prissy for my taste. I like an office to be fun, happy, professional & down to earth! Not like that here!
About Front Desk: Front desk girls are ok, could have better personalities. Most of the assistants are great! other than 3. Tara, Andrea & another one i dont know her name. Any way schedule is way to busy! I like to set in the waiting room, not stand for over an hour before even getting called back. Definitely needs some adjustments!
