My kids have seen him for a long time, He is a Great dentist, very good with kids and does a fast quick job for them.
My only complaint is with his Chandler office manager Rene.
She is very rude on the phone to customers and if you try to file a complaint about her, she won't allow you to go to that office anymore, and if you call to dicuss it, she threatens to report you to police for harrasment, and hangs up on you, even before you can talk with her.

Great dentist for kids. My 12 year old has never lost a tooth on her own. Dr Brian has always put her at ease. He makes sure that it isn't a tramatic experience. The office staff is awesome!

My kids had bad experiences before and since we started coming here they aren't scared anymore. The staff is very nice.

Dr. Allmendinger is wonderful, treatment is absoloutely great. the front staff needs customer service improvement. Renne manager is very rude, improper customer service, disrespecful.

We have been going to Chandler Pediatric Dental since my son was 2. Now both he and his sister go and its the only dentist we have ever see for them and they LOVE going! Staff is always so pleasant and caring. My son even needed a filling and Dr. Allmendinger was wonderful and made a stress free event! They explain everything they do and may need to do in detail. Unless we leave AZ we will always take the kids here! I absolutely love taking my kids here!!

My two children have gone to Dr. Allmendinger and have been very happy and comfortable. The facilities are nice and so are the staff members. Unfortunately we had to change dentist due to insurance change. If the change hadn't accurred, my children would still be going to this dentist. It's hard to find a good dentist, and this is one.

My children love going to this pediatric dentist. The staff is always professional and kind. The office really caters to children's needs. I especially like Dr. Allmendinger because he does not insist on having work performed that is not necessary.

My kids love going to the dentist. Little things like putting those sunglasses on the children to keep that bright dental light out of their eyes, makes it a fun experience every time. The office is super clean, with a huge saltwater fish tank, kids movies are always playing in the waiting room. I would definetly recommend!

My kids have been going to Dr. Allmendinger since he opened his office a few years ago. He is careful not to do work that's unnecessary, offers payment plans, and my kids are always excited to see him. My dd needed work done at 18 months, and Dr. Brian had a licensed anethesiologist give her IV sedation so she only remembers taking a nap! Also, Dr. Brian welcomes parents to keep their kids company while they are having their work done, even major dental work, which is more than I can say about most dentists I interviewed. He would also never dream of using a straight-jacket, another device that some pediatric dentists use. We all love Dr. Brian!
